Like a lot of residents, this guy is sneaky. He tries to float by doing the minimal work possible, but then he acts like he is an amazing, productive resident. We know his charade, though. And frankly, we don't mind it too much - his behavior could be a LOT worse, and in the meantime, we have just cause to use him like a rag doll.
